Successful voice-over artist Lisa Foster will introduce students to the voice- over business. This class will cover opportunities, techniques, income potential, demo reels and how to have reels produced. Students will make practice recordings and hear a critique of their work. This is a business with practically no overhead!
Instructor: Lisa Foster has been the voice for website narrations, computer games, commercials and even comedy bits. She is a well-known radio personality in the Seattle broadcast market.
Class requirements: Tablet or laptop with internet capability. Students under 18 must take this class with an adult who has also registered.

L.E.A.N provides a road map to better health for adults and seniors by focusing on these four pillars: Lifestyle (how we live), Exercise (how we move), Attitude (how we think) and Nutrition (how we eat). This approach can empower you
to mobilize your internal strengths and develop strategies for sustainable lifestyle changes. Tools and resources will be provided through interactive workshops on four successive Wednesdays:
Workshop 1 – Make Health Your Hobby: Understand the health and wellness journey, how to set attainable goals and the importance that nutrition plays in overall health and well-being.
Workshop 2 – Live Without Pain and Inflammation: Learn to recognize
key anti-inflammatory foods and ways to incorporate them in daily life. Inflammation is the cause of many
