DASB Self-Care Week: Meditation Monday


11:30 am to 1:30 pm

Student Council Chamber A, Campus Center

Join DASB for a week of self-care activities to help you destress before finals. Self-Care Week is hosted by the DASB Environmental Sustainability Committee and the DASB Student Rights and Services Committee.

Meditation Monday: Stop by for a relaxing facilitated meditation session. Each session will be approximately 10 minutes.
