BBC Micro:Bit Programming - Beginning (Grades 1-4)
3/6/2021
12:30 pm to 1:50 pm
This is a recurring event.
The BBC micro:bit is a pocket-sized computer that introduces students to very basic Python programming fundamentals in a fun way, as they learn how software and hardware work together. The micro:bit has an LED light display, buttons, sensors and many input/output features that students will learn, program and physically interact with. This course will provide an introduction to electronics and programming while encouraging students’ interests in hardware and software. Students will create projects that respond to touch, movement, light, temperature and magnetic fields.
